The Sino–Soviet border conflict was a seven-month military conflict between the Soviet Union and China at the height of the Sino–Soviet split in 1969. The most serious of these border clashes occurred in March 1969 in the vicinity of Zhenbao Island, also known as Damanskii Island in Russia. Chinese historians most commonly refer to the conflict by the Zhenbao Island Incident. 60,000 ethnic Uyghurs in China’s Xinjiang Province crossed the frontier into the Soviet Union, fleeing the desperate economic conditions. Beijing immediately accused the Soviets of subverting the Uyghur population.
On March 2, 1969, a group of Chinese troops ambushed Soviet border guards on Zhenbao Island. The Soviets suffered 58 dead, including a senior colonel, and 94 wounded. They retaliated on March 15 by bombarding Chinese troop concentrations on the Chinese bank of the Ussuri and by storming Zhenbao Island.
China’s relations with the USSR remained sour after the conflict, despite the border talks, which began in 1969 and lasted inconclusively for a decade. Domestically, the threat of war, caused by the border clashes, inaugurated a new stage in the Cultural Revolution; that of China’s thorough militarization. Overall, the Sino–Soviet confrontation, which reached its peak in 1969, paved the way to a profound transformation in the international political system and shattered post-World War II bipolarity.

Based off the movie Wrong Turn. One fateful day, a group of vacationers find a weird cabin in the middle of nowhere, where violent mutant cannibalistic mountain men with the appearance of monsters live. The vacationers try to escape from the mountain men while chased by them, but after a series of grotesque murders, only two of the vacationers survived. After the ordeal, the survivors contacted the authorities. Now, a task force of special forces agents has been dispatched to investigate the threat in the mountains, and search for a new group of kids who recently dissapeared. However, this is a threat these soldiers have never faced before. Will these brave men succeed in their mission, or will they be doomed to face the same fate as countless other victims who made that wrong turn up in the mountains?

Santa Claus is a figure in North American culture who bring gifts to the homes of good children during the late evening and overnight hours of Christmas Eve. Although this has long been established to be a children’s story, the reality goes much deeper…
The American government has long protected Santa Claus and his small battalion of elves and reindeer in a fort located in the North Pole, creating toys for the children of the world, as well as weapons for our armed forces, thus establishing strong assets for the U.S economy.
But every strong asset to the United States is at risk. One night, a terrorist sleeper cell by the name of Silent Knight infiltrated Santa Claus’ North Pole fortress and has held Santa and his associates hostage. In addition, Silent Knight has sent the President of the United States a ransom for one trillion dollars or Santa was to be executed live over the internet.
The United States doesn’t bargain with terrorists, so the President had the Secretary of Defense send a special task force to rescue Santa Claus and neutralize the Silent Knight terror threat. This op is a recreation of the epic North Pole conflict that was doomed into obscurity…until now.
